Once you submit your inquiry, I will personally follow up with information about availability, pricing, and next steps. From there, we'll hop on a call to chat about your vision and what means the most to you! If we're a great fit, your date can be saved with a complete contract and retainer. Time to celebrate!
In the time leading up to your wedding or session, I'll be here as a guiding resource, sending you recommendations, planning tools, and checking in with you along the way.
Around 2 months from your wedding date, we'll hop on a timeline call to walk through the details of your day together.
Your date has arrived! After we celebrate, you will receive a sneak peek of your photos within 24 hours. Your images are safe in my hands being thoughtfully edited, curated and perfected before being sent back to you within 8 weeks of your wedding day and 2 weeks of your session date. They are yours to share, post, print, and more - I will be available to guide you through these steps as well.
All dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Because I take on a limited number of weddings and sessions each year, your date isn’t officially secured until the contract is signed and retainer is received. Once those are completed, your spot is fully yours.
Yes - a 30% retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due closer to your wedding or session. There is also an option for payment plans after the 30% retainer.
There are so many things I love to add to your experience, but my top three are rehearsal dinner coverage (moments with your most special people + I get to know them before the wedding day), album design (your moments held in your hand!) and of course extra film (so much added depth, texture, and timeless feel).
I do! Travel fees vary depending on how far your wedding or session is from my home base in Virginia. The fee includes transportation, flights, and hotel if needed — I take care of all the logistics on my end, so any fees will be included in your collection and you won’t have to worry about a thing beyond that.
